There's definite possibilities for using a wiki to share information at the reference desk and throughout the library. It's all about sharing the information -- and getting beyond a bunch of paper notes stuck somewhere in a clipboard! It would make it easier for staff to be 'on the same page'.
Wikify
After learning a little more about wikis, my favourite new word is definitely 'wikify'. Enabling patrons to 'wikify' the catalogue with reviews would be such an enrichment.
